What’s an “active patient” ?
An active patient is a patient that you are currently treating or interested on receiving eligibility updates. Benefit verification will not be performed on Inactive patients and these won’t be counted against your pricing limits. Active patients will drive your monthly pricing charge regardless of their health benefit coverage status.
Is it priced based on amount of users?
Our prices are fixed based on your clinic size and active patients, no matter how many people you have on your team, we never charge you per user. You can grant access to your EligiPro account to as many user as you’d like and never have to worry about paying extra when you add a new staff member to your team!
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract on the monthly packages, you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time without penalty. We only ask you to let us know 30 days in advance. The Annual Package is a one-year commitment. You can choose to renew or cancel at the end of every year.
Are there any hidden costs, or setup fees?
We have done away with all setup fees. There are no hidden costs or setup fees attached to any EligiPro plans.
Is the trial really free ?

How does the 30-day trial work?

What happens after my trial?
